Well, I have to say, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I booked a double room, and it was amazing! When we arrived from Bangkok, they allowed us early check-in and our room had an awesome view of the sea! The hotel runs shuttle services for free to many locations in Pattaya, most notably to the Central Festival Mall. The swimming pool was the best part, in my opinion. It was not too deep (1.27 m) and even had a water slide! Awesome hotel, do recommend it.
One of best hotel experience i have ever had. Rooms were absolutely beautiful. Service was ok. Management was good. The pool was absolutely fun. It was a great experience. The building was beautiful. Inside the lobby was very artistic. Highly recommend this place for a decent vacation.
The Place and Service are really good, but the position is pretty secluded for a nice hotel and private residence. But, they provide shuttle bus service to go to city centre. For the room it self it is really nice and very comfy, the buttons are modern looking flat design, there is oven microwave and a stove with basic appliance too. although we founded an used tea bag inside the water heater, and it looked disgusting... Overall it is great to be here, but because of the place that are pretty far from the main attraction (which is the pattaya beach and walking street) it's kinda a deal breaker for me and my group
New building, nice room, air conditioner was broken upon arrival but they fixed it, clean, quiet, comfortable bed, but location is off, hard to find transportation at night, staff friendly but not that great in English lots of misunderstandings, had to repeat or call couple times to get things done. swimming pool ok but not much sunlight. For 2 nights smoke smell from the vents coming into the room and they couldn't figure out where it comes from probably someone was smoking in non-smoking rooms nearby, had to keep the window open. Overall it's good for the price.
Excellent customer service and all round friendly and professional staff, felt very welcome which is always great!. Had a maintenance issue with my room so asked to transfer to another room and it was absolutely no problem and resolved pretty much instantly. The room I stayed in was great and was on the 14th floor with great views of the bay! The bed was very very comfortable and slept so well every night, very quiet and didn’t hear a thing! Very clean and modern rooms with everything you need! The pool is great and the breakfast Is okay, standard, nothing special! The one thing I can fault is that there can be some unpleasant odors coming from the air con system. Lovely place to stay and close enough to central Pattaya.
Great services from staff. good spread of breakfast buffet line and very decent. Nice room. Only minus point was I booked a double room, but the double bed I got was from two single beds put together, so it was a bit uncomfortable.
Nice rooms. Ocean facing view to be preferred. Ambience of rooms is good. Staff is helpful. Kitchen in room with good cutlery is bonus. Room lighting and upholstery is 10/10. Downside is location. Getting taxis is difficult. Better to plan half day taxi for which you can approach hotel staff. Pool with slide is interesting for kids. Less space to accommodate luggage, use the cupboard Overall good experience
This is more like a combination of fully furnished flats cum hotel. The rooms are beautiful, with open kitchen, all necessary utensils and appliances like toaster, electric kettle, oven. The bathroom is also well facilitated and beautiful. Rooms are beautiful as well. Beautiful romantic curtains, mirrored wardrobe, comfy bed and a TV. The wardrobe also has all the necessities right from bathrobes to torch and umbrella. There is a small hall with sofa and TV as well. All the rooms don't have a good view. Visitors should look for sea view rooms which are on higher floor and are costlier, if they can afford. There is a beautiful pool with a small water ride for children and a small bar behind an artificial waterfall. Pool was just great. I had one of the best breakfast I had in my entire stay in Thailand. The breakfast had everything. Good options of juices, salads, starters and English breakfast items such as pancakes and bakes. The chicken sausages were just best, soft and delicious. The hotel is at a convenient distance from the attractions such as underwater world, Tiffany's show etc. Since we visited in off season, we got it at a really good price. If you want to see shows such as Tiffany or Alcazar Cabaret, better book it online and not from hotel, as they will give it at higher price.
